1. Special Notice and Binding Agreement
1.1 Purchase Required; Nature of Promotion. This is a sales promotion in which reward recipients are determined solely by the objective order of successful payment time. This Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, or sweepstakes. A purchase is necessary to participate and to receive a reward. No free method of entry is available.
1.2 Binding Agreement. By placing an order during the Promotion Period, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor will administer the Promotion in accordance with these Official Rules, and Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility, order validity, and reward administration will be final, except where prohibited by applicable law.
2. Sponsor
2.1 The Promotion is sponsored and administered by Root Technology, Ltd. and/or its affiliated entities responsible for operation of the Momcozy community platform (collectively, the "Sponsor", "Momcozy", "we", "us", or "our"). References in these Official Rules to "Sponsor" include its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents acting on its behalf for purposes of administering the Promotion.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The “Daily Up to $100 Order Reward” promotion (the “Promotion”) begins August 1, 2026 at 00:00:00 Eastern Time and ends August 7, 2026 at 23:59:59 Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”).
3.2 Each calendar day from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 Eastern Time during the Promotion Period is a “Campaign Day.” The daily reward qualifying window begins at 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time each Campaign Day.
3.3 Sponsor’s server is the official time-keeping device.
4. Eligibility
4.1 Who May Participate. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of order placement. To be eligible, a participant must: (a) have a registered Momcozy account (which may be created via the official Momcozy website or the Momcozy Baby Registry at https://momcozy.com/pages/baby-registry); (b) have created a Baby Registry on the Momcozy Baby Registry page prior to placing the eligible order; and (c) place an order with a U.S. shipping address on the official Momcozy website during the Promotion Period.
4.2 Ineligible Persons. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor or its affiliates, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Test orders, employee orders, abnormal orders, and risk orders are not eligible.
5. How to Enter
5.1 Entry by Purchase. To participate, you must first create a Registry on the Momcozy Baby Registry page (https://momcozy.com/pages/baby-registry) using your registered Momcozy account. You must complete the Baby Registry creation before placing the eligible order. Then place a valid order on the official Momcozy website during the Promotion Period. The order must have a Successful Payment Time on or after 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time on the applicable Campaign Day.
Eligibility is determined automatically based solely on Sponsor's Backend System records. Successful Payment Time shall be determined exclusively by the timestamp recorded in Sponsor's Backend System, regardless of any timestamp displayed by a participant's device, bank, payment provider, or email confirmation. No additional registration or manual claim is required after a qualifying order is placed.
5.2 A valid email address must be provided at checkout; it will be used for all reward communications.
6. Valid Order; Abnormal & Risk Orders
6.1 Valid Order. An order is valid only if it: (a) has a Successful Payment Time during the Promotion Period and on the applicable Campaign Day; (b) has a U.S. shipping address; (c) has not been canceled, fully refunded, or subjected to a chargeback at the time of candidate selection; (d) contains true, complete, and accurate information; and (e) is not an abnormal order, risk order, employee order, or test order.
6.2 Abnormal & Risk Orders. Sponsor may review and exclude orders involving fraud, abuse, or security risks, including but not limited to: fraudulent payments, stolen payment methods, chargebacks (except where confirmed by Sponsor as due to a product defect or logistics error in accordance with Section 11.2), bot or script-generated orders, bulk registrations, false identity or contact information, use of multiple accounts to circumvent limits, abuse of coupons or gift cards, or any order flagged by Sponsor's risk control systems. Sponsor reserves the right to request reasonable documentation or information to verify the validity of any order.
7. Same Customer & Repeat Rewards
7.1 “Same customer” may be determined using account ID, email, phone, shipping address, payment method, device, IP, and other reasonably available information.
7.2 A customer may receive a reward on more than one Campaign Day (or for more than one order), provided each order independently meets all conditions. A single order may receive the reward only once.
8. Daily Reward Spot & Candidate Selection
8.1 Daily Reward Spot. One (1) reward spot (a “Reward Spot”) is available per Campaign Day, for a total of seven (7) during the Promotion Period.
8.2 Candidate Selection. After each Campaign Day, Sponsor will identify the candidate order (the “Candidate Order”) as the first valid order with a Successful Payment Time after 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time, based on the payment time sequence recorded in Sponsor’s internal order management and payment processing system (the “Backend System”). All determinations regarding payment sequence are based solely on the records maintained in the Backend System.
8.3 If no valid order has a Successful Payment Time after 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time on a given Campaign Day, that day’s Reward Spot is void.
9. Order Sorting & Tie-Breaking
9.1 Orders are sorted by Successful Payment Time, recorded to the second. The Backend System records constitute the official record for determining payment sequence.
9.2 If multiple orders have the exact same Successful Payment Time, they are sorted by the system-generated unique order number automatically generated by Sponsor’s order management system in the ordinary course of business, in ascending order.
9.3 Once sorted, the qualifying order is confirmed as the Candidate Order.
10. Candidate Announcement
10.1 Preliminary Candidate List. A preliminary list of all Candidate Orders for the Promotion Period (using masked identifiers, e.g., campaign date and partial order number) will be posted in the Momcozy Community on August 10, 2026. This announcement is for informational purposes only and does not confirm final reward qualification.
10.2 Final Recipients List. A final list of reward recipients who have successfully passed the 30-Day Final Qualification Review (using masked identifiers) will be posted in the Momcozy Community within 10 business days after the applicable 30-day review period concludes, and will remain accessible for at least 90 days thereafter, subject to applicable privacy laws. Full personal details will not be published in either list.
11. 30-Day Final Qualification Review
11.1 The Candidate Order must remain free of cancellation, non-quality-related return or exchange, refusal, full refund, chargeback, or any other after-sales activity that violates these Official Rules for 30 days from its Successful Payment Time.
11.2 This requirement does not limit your statutory rights. If after-sales service is required due to a product quality issue, logistics error, or as otherwise required by law, Sponsor will review the circumstances. If Sponsor reasonably determines, based on available evidence, that the return or after-sales service resulted primarily from a product defect, logistics issue, or other circumstance for which the customer is not responsible, the reward qualification will not be affected. Your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws prevail.
11.3 Sponsor will review Candidate Orders in good faith and in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor's determination under this Section shall be final, except where prohibited by applicable law.
12. Replacement Mechanism
12.1 If a Candidate Order is disqualified, the reward passes to the next eligible order in that day’s sequence.
12.2 A maximum of ten (10) replacements per Campaign Day is allowed. If no order qualifies after ten replacements, that day’s Reward Spot is void.
12.3 Replacement orders must also pass the 30-Day Final Qualification Review. Each replacement order shall be reviewed in sequence using the same eligibility criteria and procedures applicable to the original Candidate Order.
13. Reward Amount & Calculation
13.1 Maximum reward: $100.00 USD per qualifying order.
13.2 If the eligible paid product amount is less than $100.00, the reward equals that amount. If it is $100.00 or more, the reward is $100.00.
13.3 The reward is calculated on the actual product amount paid, excluding shipping, taxes, duties, gift card deductions, points, store credit, coupon discounts, and other non-cash deductions.
13.4 Taxes. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes arising from receipt or use of the reward, if applicable.
14. Reward Fulfillment
14.1 The reward is a promotional electronic gift card (the “Promotional Gift Card”), valid only for purchases on the Momcozy Global Site. It expires 15 days from issuance, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The Promotional Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to promotional gift cards issued by Sponsor.
14.2 If issuance as a Promotional Gift Card is not feasible due to system, site, or legal constraints, Sponsor may substitute the Promotional Gift Card with a refund to the original payment method, store credit, or another official reward method of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary due to system, site, legal, or operational constraints.
15. Reward Timeline & Notification
15.1 Final qualification is reviewed after the 30-day period from the Successful Payment Time.
15.2 Upon approval, Sponsor will notify the recipient whose Candidate Order successfully passes the 30-Day Final Qualification Review via the order email, and issue the reward within seven (7) business days.
16. Technical Issues
16.1 If system errors, payment delays, data synchronization issues, or other technical problems affect order sorting or fairness, Sponsor may, where reasonably necessary, adjust, invalidate, or otherwise resolve the affected day’s results based on Backend System records, provided that any such adjustment is made in a commercially reasonable and non-discriminatory manner. Sponsor’s determination following such review shall be final and binding.
17. General Conditions
17.1 Finality of Decisions. All results are determined by the Successful Payment Times recorded in Sponsor’s Backend System. The operations team does not manually select reward recipients. Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, order validity, and reward awards are final, except where prohibited by applicable law.
17.2 Modification & Termination. Sponsor reserves the right, where reasonably necessary due to legal, technical, operational, or security reasons, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion. Notice will be posted in the Momcozy Community if feasible. Sponsor reserves the right to correct clerical, typographical, printing, system, or administrative errors at any time, provided that such correction does not materially prejudice participants' rights under these Official Rules or applicable law.
17.3 Disqualification. Sponsor may disqualify any order that violates these Official Rules or is identified as abnormal or risky, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17.4 Fraud Investigation. Sponsor reserves the right to request reasonable information from participants to verify eligibility and investigate suspected fraud, including order and payment details. Failure to reasonably cooperate may result in disqualification.
17.5 Void Where Prohibited. This Promotion is void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.
17.6 Entire Promotion Relationship. Participation in this Promotion does not create any partnership, employment, agency, fiduciary, or other relationship between Sponsor and any participant.
18. Publicity
18.1 Sponsor may publish masked order identifiers (such as partial order numbers) solely for the purpose of administering and announcing the Promotion, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
19.1 ALL REWARDS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
20. Limitation of Liability
20.1 Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected orders; (b) technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, network errors, or payment processing delays; (c) any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer or device relating to participation.
20.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating, you release Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any reward. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
21. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
21.1 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you must first contact Momcozy at support@momcozy.com with: (a) your name and contact information; (b) a description of the dispute; and (c) the relief sought. Momcozy will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days of receipt.
21.2 Arbitration
(a) Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively by FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) before a single arbitrator using the AAA’s Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be held in Denver, Colorado. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).
(b) CLASS ACTION WAIVER: Claims must be brought in an individual capacity only. No class, representative, consolidated, or private attorney general actions are permitted. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action or other representative proceeding.
(c) Notwithstanding the foregoing, this arbitration agreement shall not apply to the extent prohibited by mandatory local laws applicable to you (including consumer protection laws, privacy laws, or other statutory rights that cannot be waived). If binding arbitration is not enforceable under the mandatory local laws of your jurisdiction of residence, any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction. Momcozy does not waive any defense, including forum non conveniens, that may be available under applicable law.
(d) This Section does not preclude you from seeking relief in small claims court for qualifying claims.
22. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the internal laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules, except that mandatory local consumer protection laws applicable to you will not be limited.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

24.1 Preliminary Candidate List. A preliminary list of all Candidate Orders for the Promotion Period (using masked identifiers, e.g., campaign date and partial order number) will be posted in the Momcozy Community on August 10, 2026. This list is for informational purposes only and does not confirm final reward qualification.
24.2 Final Recipients List. A final list of reward recipients who have successfully passed the 30-Day Final Qualification Review (using masked identifiers) will be posted in the Momcozy Community within 10 business days after the applicable 30-day review period concludes, and will remain accessible for at least 90 days thereafter, subject to applicable privacy laws. Full personal details will not be published in either list.
25. Privacy
25.1 Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s then-current Privacy Policy available at: https://momcozy.com/privacy(or any successor URL). By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your information for Promotion administration and reward fulfillment. Sponsor may disclose masked order identifiers solely for Promotion administration and winner announcements. Personal information will not be publicly disclosed except as expressly described in these Official Rules.
26. Official Rules Availability
26.1 These Official Rules will be available at the designated page on https://community.momcozy.com/ until at least 90 days after the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
26.2 A written list of reward recipients (using masked identifiers) will be posted in the Momcozy Community within 10 business days after the applicable 30-day review period concludes, and will remain accessible for at least 90 days thereafter, subject to applicable privacy laws. A written list of reward recipients is also available upon reasonable written request sent to the mailing address provided in Section 27.
